Exchanges and refunds must be conducted within 14 days of delivery and after this period of time we have the right to refuse any refunds/exchanges.

All items returned to The Hidden Greeting should be returned in the original packaging and in the condition they were initially received.

Please note that it may take up to 2 weeks to receive your refund. This timeline incorporates the return of the package to The Hidden Greeting HQ (up to 10 business days), the process of your refund (up to 3 business days) and the process to transfer the refund by your bank (up to 10 business days).
